You will always receive an email at the address you provided when making the reservation about any charges applied after the vehicle is returned. Some of the normal reasons for those charges are:

  • Damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, which could not be checked upon return, such as damage to the underbody (chassis) or wet seats
  • An excessively dirty vehicle
  • Fines imposed by the road traffic police or local authorities

Payment can be made using a debit card, or Visa or MasterCard credit card. Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.

The driver must present a valid credit card in his name at the start of the rental period.

We recommend that you book online for speed and lower costs. You can also make a phone reservation but note that bookings via the site enjoy a 35% discount.

Simply let us know when you are making your reservation, by providing the details you need the invoice to be issued to, or let us know while the rental agreement is in effect. We cannot issue an invoice if the vehicle has been returned and we have not been duly notified.

  • Collision Damage Waiver, insurance that releases the insurance company from liability depending on the vehicle category.

  • Unlimited mileage

  • Roadside Assistance

  • Applicable local taxes (VAT)

  • A replacement car in the event of a breakdown

If you’ve decided NOT to choose FDW comprehensive insurance from Let’s Drive we will need to block a guaranteed amount on your credit card. The size of the guarantee will depend on the vehicle category you have opted to rent. The guarantee will be released 7 to 15 days after the end of your rental (depending on your bank) provided the Let’s Drive vehicle is retuned in the same condition in which it was handed over to you. Please note that when picking up the car, regardless of the type of insurance you have chosen, you will need to provide credit card in the driver’s name.
