Upon your arrival at Athens airport, please walk out of the building from exit 5. Walk to the right approximately 50 meters to the parking of tourist buses and Shuttle buses. There will be a shuttle bus with Let's Drive - Carwiz logo. We will pick you up and drive you to our office which is 10 minutes drive from the airport. You are kindly requested to inform us in case of major delay or plan change.

You can collect your car from our office inside the port of Piraeus, at the gate E7. The gate E7 is across the Piraeus railway terminal.

Please contact our head offices so you can let the relevant department know. If the item is found in the vehicle or at the station, we can send it to you at your own expense to the address you provide. We do not charge for this service. Bear in mind that items sent abroad normally incur quite high courier charges.

The driver is responsible for road traffic violations and fines. You need to pay the fine before the rental period ends and submit proof of payment. If you don’t have time, we can pay the fine for you under the following conditions:

  • You submit the fine to our head offices
  • Your pay the fine at our head offices
  • You settle any charges for the Let’s Drive service

If you don’t pay the fine Let’s Drive reserves the right to disclose the driver’s details to the competent authorities (police, tax office) for the fine to be assessed for collection.

Please contact Let’s Drive’s head offices as soon as possible for instructions about the procedure to be followed. Bear in mind that Let’s Drive does not provide a second set of keys to the location you are at. So you will need to come to our head offices to pick up the second set of keys. You should also know that no insurance offered by Let’s Drive covers loss of keys. Our head offices will let you know about the cost.

Drivers are responsible for changing tyres. If there is a problem when changing the tyre you can ask for assistance from Roadside Assistance. You may be charged for that service. Under no circumstances is Let’s Drive obliged to go the location where the vehicle with a flat tyre is. Any damage to the tyres is the driver’s responsibility.

You can cancel your booking directly via our website. Simply enter your name, lastname, reservation number and email address used to make the reservation.

If you cannot cancel via the website for some reason, you can send an email to the reservations department at reservations@letsdrive.gr and we will do it for you. Please remember to include your reservation number.

All reservations are made for a specific category of vehicle, not a specific model. If the category your confirmed reservation is for is not available, Let’s Drive is entitled to provide the customer with a higher category of vehicle at no cost to the driver.

Every driver needs to present a valid, original driving licence at the start of the rental period. Applications to renew a driving licence which have been given a Ministry of Transport reference number are acceptable but not lost driving licence reports, even if the report has been made to the police.

The minimum age limit is 21 and the maximum 75 years old.

The driving licence must have been issued at least 12 months before the start of the rental period. Non-EU citizens must submit an international driving licence along with a valid national driving licence.

The driver must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when the vehicle was handed over to him. That amount is indicated in the rental agreement.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to the driver along with any refuelling fees. Monies will be not refunded nor will any set off be made if the vehicle is returned with more fuel.
